How to send design or message to us?

Step 1 ：On the mobile phone, click on the sign similar to a house in the lower left corner

The sign will be with brown paper on back side of acrylic, protect the acrylic don't get the scratch, the clients can tear it of once get the sign.

The base real effect will be transparent acrylic.

Process: Using high-transmittance acrylic as the bottom plate, first engrave the outline of the design on the acrylic. We manually bend the neon strip and fix it on the floor, and finally connect the wires and light up to test the effect. Each step is to be carefully crafted.

1. How long will it take to make the sign.

All signs are ordered to made. Generally I need 3-5 days to make. It will be delay if too many pending orders. Please tell me if you have estimate deliver date.

2. How long for shipping?

Default 15-25 days for standard shipping. Upgrade to express shipping( 3-5 days) will cost more 20-40USD.

3. Custom and personalised orders

💡Yes you can! We provide fonts for you to choose from but that doesn’t mean you are limited to only those! We can build a sign in any font you want or incorporate your own logo into it. Our LED neon signs are designed to replace a traditional glass neon sign. As they use LEDs encased in plastic, rather than gas encased in glass, they produce relatively no heat and are shatter proof, so they are perfectly safe around children and pets.
