Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at silversphere555@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. As we work with international suppliers, the return address will be provided upon approval. We offer full refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrect items with photo proof within 30 days of delivery.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Exceptions: We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, or personalized items.

Exchanges: Return the item and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU customers: You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.
