1. this product is only suitable for MX switches, such as Cherry MX switch, Outemu, Gateron MX switch

2. this product is handmade product, usually we will send it in 5 days after you place an order

3. Please make sure what is the profile you need, then choose the right product

4. usually we only make the key cap of R4 height (except the enter key cap), so if you need R1, R2, R3 height, please leave a message in your order to tell us, or we will send R4 height to you.

5. about loose or tight socket:

   When the key cap is installed on the keyboard, if it is too tight or too loose, please do not insert it forcibly. You can use a hair dryer to blow hot air to the cross slot of the key cap for about 5 seconds, and then install it again
