Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale
- Downloadable or digital products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- High-value audio and HiFi equipment — Due to the sensitive and premium nature of audiophile-grade gear (including IEMs, headphones, DACs, amplifiers, and related accessories), these items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective. All sales of HiFi and high-end electronic equipment are final.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@levesphere.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@levesphere.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
